  2. Provide any supporting files
  3. Indicate the timeframe you are working to
  4. Advise your preferred method of delivery, i.e. email, Dropbox, Google Docs or similar

Please also indicate if you require a confidentiality agreement signed by Virtually There.


When you contact Virtually There for assistance, we will respond to you with an estimated quote and service agreement.


We request that the quote and service agreement are accepted, prior to tasks being commenced.


Virtually There prides itself on accuracy, professionalism and fast turnaround. We commit to providing the services to you within agreed timeframes.


Virtually There will deliver your completed task to you via your preferred method.


On delivery of your completed task, Virtually There will enclose an invoice and a timesheet to substantiate the time spent on your task.


Our terms of payment are normally 7 days from the invoice date.

Continuation of service

Virtually There would be thrilled to assist you with your needs going forward. The beauty of this service is that you only need to make contact when you need some help. There is no obligation to provide Virtually There with regular work – however if you would like to engage our services on a regular basis, we would be very pleased to assist.
